We are part of Grupo Inmomás, with over three decades of real estate experience in Alicante.
Over time we noticed something: holiday rentals and mid-term stays needed a different structure from a traditional estate agency. Knowing the property was not enough. Everything that happens around each stay had to be managed. That is how Inmomás Holidays was born: a specialised company, with its own structure and coordinated operations, dedicated exclusively to making sure every guest experiences the Mediterranean knowing there is a professional team behind them.
We manage holiday stays —days or weeks of holiday in homes prepared for rest— and also mid-term stays, from one to eleven months, for relocated professionals, families in transition or those who need to live a season by the Mediterranean. Not every property or time of year works the same way. Our job is to understand each case and apply the right strategy.
Sets the vision for Inmomás Holidays and leads the development of our management model. His role is strategic: where the company is heading, how the portfolio grows and what structure we need so every owner and every guest finds exactly what they are looking for.
Coordinates the preparation of homes, check-ins and check-outs, guest care and everything that happens during each stay. She knows every property in detail and works with the professionals and providers involved in preparing each home for arrival.
Works on revenue strategy and the performance of each property. She analyses occupancy, demand, the positioning of each home and market trends to define the pricing strategy. She is the direct contact for owners, helping them understand how their property is performing and which decisions the data supports.
